What I had to teach my haole hubby:

You need to bocha BEFORE you come to bed at night. As a Japanese/Chinese/Spanish/Filipino woman, the one haole habit that I could not tolerate is not taking a bath before bed. Yuck! Yuck! Ick! Ick! Gross!
