Research Study

Hello, I am a student working for a research lab at the University of North Texas in the Psychology Department. We are about to conduct a research study that measures adjustment and satisfaction in inter-racially married couples with children. It consists of a simple survey that will only take about 20-30 minutes of an individual’s time. Unfortunately due to some constraints, we are only able to give out physical copies of this survey, so we would like your permission to advertise this study to those of your members who are living in the North Texas/DFW area. If you do not believe any of your members fit this description, then please disregard this message. Anyone who participates will receive a gift card and some coupons to a local store. Please let me know if this is something your site would be willing to advertise. Thank you for your time.

So funny!

I just found this website and I read the “About Us” section. Hilarious! I’m happy to say that my hubby and I are part of the club! So are my parents! And every time my husband and I see a mixed couple with a hapa baby, we’re like,”check out the hap a kid; do you think ours might look like that?” Great website!

mixed pinoy/caucasian babies?

My husband is filipino and I’m caucasian (mostly Irish). Are there any same couples here that can share a pic of their baby? I’d love to see what our future daughter might look like…. much obliged!

Hawaiian-Caucasian

My haole husband met online. But I was always told never marry a Hawaiian because you never know if you marry family. So haole it was. But my babies are so beautiful. Love being a mixed family.

Advise for American Man marrying older chinese woman

To whom this concern,

I plan to marry a Chinese woman who is 35 and I am 30. I have lived in China for 5 years, great job, secure, and fluent in Chinese. However, the family who I have not met yet is completely against the prospect because of the age difference. The stereotype that all foreigners are playboys and not safe after the age of 45 is being implied here. Has anyone in the Haole Hubby Club been through a similar experience before? Looking forward to your reply.

Best Regards,
